Vetra is The Elene’s signature restaurant, an all-day dining destination centered around live-fire cooking, hyper-seasonal ingredients, and the warmth of gathering around the table. Designed to feel like an elevated dinner party, Vetra blends polished hospitality with an inviting, communal atmosphere. Expansive windows, indoor and patio seating, lounge spaces, and a central communal table create an experience that evolves naturally from morning coffee to late-evening dinners.
Menus will showcase Chef Accarrino’s signature Cal-Italian approach with a Napa Valley perspective, featuring:

THE CAFE
A Neighborhood Café for Everyday Rituals
An all-day café and gathering space designed for both hotel guests and the local Napa Valley community. Located adjacent to Vetra, we offer a relaxed counter-service experience centered around exceptional coffee, artisanal food, and easy hospitality. Whether stopping in before a morning ride along the Vine Trail or lingering over lunch with friends, the café is intended to feel welcoming, approachable, and deeply local.
Offerings will include:
· Specialty coffee and espresso
· Italian-inspired pastries
· Breakfast sandwiches on housemade milk bread
· Piadina flatbread sandwiches
· Handmade sandwiches and smoked meats
· Seasonal grab-and-go offerings
· Snacks and beverages for cyclists and trail-goers
A mobile bike cart will also travel throughout The Elene property, serving drinks and snacks to guests enjoying the resort’s outdoor spaces and cycling experiences.
